Hole sponsorship

A hole sponsorship costs 5,000 NOK per year and is invoiced by the club. The agreement runs for the full agreed period — the sponsor cannot cancel or request a refund partway through the period, except in extraordinary circumstances. Renewal for a new period must be agreed separately before the current period ends.

General sponsorship

General sponsorship is invoiced by the club and is a one-time contribution. The amount is non-refundable once payment has been received.

Tournament registration

Registration for Kvam Open and other tournaments organized by Kvam Frisbeegolf is paid via PayPal at the time of registration. Cancellation and refund deadlines, as well as information about what happens in the event of a cancellation, are stated on the individual tournament's own page.

CTP and Ace pot

Contributions to the Closest to Pin (CTP) and Ace pot in connection with tournaments are paid via Vipps, through a third-party app with Vipps integration. Contributions are voluntary and non-refundable, but are paid out in full to the participant(s) who win the pot.
